FS 101 and 102
Completion of FS 101 Food Safety Microbiology & Chemistry and FS 102 Food Protection Plans: PCQI once will count for both series.
FS 102 Food Protection Plans PCQI Certificate
The Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) training requires a total of 20 contact hours. Therefore, online attendance via Zoom is required for the certification. Class will meet online every Tuesday at 4 pm Pacific for two hours, except for Weeks 3 and 4, which will be three hours each starting at 3 pm. (Note: FS 102 is the only course in the certificate program that requires online attendance; all other courses are offered asynchronously.)
Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
We do not offer CEUs.
