Brewing Certificate

The Brewing Certificate is an online program that consists of 12 courses, and 2 brewing camps.

Attendance at the two in-person ‘brewing camps’ is required for successful completion of the certificate. These camps are located in Yakima, WA and Spokane, WA. These camps are primarily experiential and industry-focused, centering around on-site tours and behind-the-scenes access to breweries and related operations. Participants view breweries, hop farms, malting facilities, and other production sites to gain practical, real-world insight into the industry. These weekends are highly praised by students for the valuable networking that occurs between instructors, students, and industry professionals.
